Joe letting his son out to dry wouldn't have stopped Trump from...

…blanket pardoning all people convicted of January 6th crimes, including violent ones.

Everyone here understands that, right?

I mean, like it or not, an outgoing President pardoning a family member isn’t an unprecedented move.

Just ask Roger Clinton, Neil Bush and Billy Carter.

It's actually totally irrelevant what Trump or any MAGA thinks about the pardon. We could all guess what they would think. It wouldn't change a thing.

The only painful part will be for the people who still consume legacy media having to read and hear the false moral equivalency between the pardon of Hunter and the pay-for-play, irresponsible pardons Trump has and will give in the future.

Kamala breaks glass ceiling and becomes the 47th president.

Trump’s “45-47” merchandise gets throw in the garbage (as he gets bumped down the road).

Joe gets distanced from pardoning his son.

that will be the SF's administration, and the nonsense that comes with it - including phony justifications for all kinds of bullshit.

America chose this. Well, the majority of those eligible, who could be bothered to vote, in the swing states. But still.

I don't see letting the bus continue to back up and drive over one person, worth a potential tiny dent in what is to come.

ahead of time that they will use it in that fashion and prepare to counter the BS. We now have time to formulate how to argue the point in clear ways for when the media inundates all Dems with their "what about" crap. Yes the crap is going to come, we know it and so let's be better prepared to counter the BS messaging.

...they're going to do what they want regardless of what we do.

Plus, if Trump does pardon the J6 insurrectionists we'll be able to repeatedly point out the differences in the pardons... "Remember when Hunter Biden attacked the Capital, beat police officers, & tried to overthrow the government & then was pardoned? Oh... wait..."
