... resign so that Kamala can be President these next 6 weeks, a) so she can preemptively pardon Biden, and b) just to eff with the MAGA merch numbering.

I'm mostly kidding, but in all seriousness- IF something like that happened, would the 6 weeks count as a "term" against a future 2-term limit?

The 22nd counts a “term” as being elected or serving more than 2 years of a term to which another person was elected.

That said, hard to envision this being done - Although I love the idea of f’ing with Trumps’ “47” inventory since this scenario would make him “48”. lol
