4. Been there. Enjoy the good food outside the hospital.

I ate cans of chickpeas because I was on a tight budget. But they were good in a little oil. And I had a DVD player but only a few dvds. I made a deal with the guy at the video/convenience store across the street that if I gave him all my dvds I could watch an endless supply of his for my first month out, the month I was living nearby his store. I usually only watch a movie once so it was the perfect deal for me.

I know you were not in hospital for a long time but even then it can feel like turning over a new leaf as there are good signs and things and people all around.
