10. The petitioner was able to obtain documents from members of congress that were responsive that the

federal government had. Basically they were able to show back and forth between the GA officials and federal officials via the federal side. Willis either said there were no documents at all or (I believe) she just ignored the records request outright. In any event, the judge found she was in violation and is likely to order sanctions and attorney fees.
