I think trump will try to get Ukraine and Russia to agree to new boundaries. If they don’t particularly if Putin says “No,” trump will try to extort additional money from NATO claiming they haven’t been contributing enough. But who the heck knows with trump?

In repeated interviews this year he's floated the plan of threatening Russia with increasing arms supplies to Ukraine if Putin doesn't agree to participate in peace talks.

So far, since Trump's election, Russia has refused point blank to entertain any such negotiations.
