It's a video of guy pulling the stocking thing over his head. The stocking has somebody else's face printed on and once on, it looks like like another man's face or, rather, nothing like the man wearing it. Looks as real as one of those latex Hollywood masks only it's sheer nylon and hugs the face of the person wearing it. Very realistic.

Ten bucks was the lowest price (a quick look only) for one domestically sourced, but most were closer to twenty. But that's not the point. The point is creating fear and unrest is bad enough, choosing to amplify that by calling out the two dollar cost is pitiful.
