Specifically in light of the headlines about UHC using AI with a high error rate of inappropriate denials which they knew about.

Especially the scene with Jackie Lemanczek (sp?), where she's testifying as the surprise witness. Discussing how claims are shuffled between departments with no department knowing what the other is doing.
