And go ahead and pardon all the Thousands of nonviolent marijuana-use convicts while you’re at it … and please FINALLY pardon Leonard Peltier.

5. Definitely pardon the less than 200 who are in federal prisons for non-violent marijuana use. I'd pardon a bunch more

Proclamation or not, they are still prisoners. Also those out of jail still haven’t got their record cleared so they can get a job or VOTE.

Regardless of what Joe Biden did, what’s the holdup?
