(108,340 posts)Traits I really can't stand in people. So, I'll wait for the videos to be posted--hopefully with enough commentary I don't necessarily have to watch.

(148,664 posts)Joe is incapable of asking a question or answering one in a plain and simple way. So, he rambles on and on, losing the question entirely most often. It's fatiguing to watch that happen, so I watch something else if I'm watching at that time of the morning.

(5,893 posts)I used to watch CNN until MJ went off and I was pissed when they added another useless hour to their show, making me have to wait that extra hour before I could turn on MSNBC. Then Chris Licht took over at CNN and I started a still active boycott of them, except for Fareed Zakaria, on Sunday morning, if I'm still at home when he comes on.
Up until election day, I was watching BBC News most of the time, but I rarely even turn that on now.

.we always watch(ed) them in the morning. It has been a routine for us for years.
Coffee, cigs (
..me, yeah, I KNOW
), Joes rants, Mikas side eyes, etc.
But we have grown to love their other guests, their access to experts, their usual folks, the total take down on topics.
So yeppie
..this gal is looking for a new MSM source and GUESS WHAT???
There isnt one.
Howard Dean had it right. 50 State Strategy.

(1,068 posts)Unfortunately my suspicions were correct . To see news organizations sanewash his crazy and then turn around and kiss his fat heinie is horrifying because we can no longer trust our news sources.
The only power we have against them is to unsubscribe and turn off the news.

(1,068 posts)It also removes some of the passion because the both sides of the discussion drains your energy or makes you anxious. None of it is good. If only they would report the truth.

(10,501 posts)... they might appear, briefly, before taking off for Christmas. Their contracted appearances are few... although more than Rachel Maddow. Usually, they appear on the Monday after a few days off, so I expect they may make a live appearance. I wonder if it will be in the NY studio, though... maybe they will stay in Florida all month. I think the Syria story might trump a 20-minute opening rant from Joe. I think Mika might have a large cup of coffee. Her hair will be perfect.
