Over 100,000 (unconfirmed) may be trapped in Syrian underground prison. No one has the codes to unlock them yet

The Military Operations Administration issues an urgent call to all former officers and soldiers who served in the Red Section of #Sednaya Prison, urging them to provide the codes for the underground electronic doors, as it is unable to open them. Over 100,000 detainees are visible on surveillance cameras.

Sednaya Prison urgently requires international intervention to save 100,000 detainees who are difficult to reach.


The 100K number is hard to fathom - maybe a typo?
