get thrown out by the lower courts, but eventually get appealed to the SC, where as someone pointed out to me that the SC could essentially interpret the 14th amendment in a way that somehow allows it.

I don't see that happening, even with this SC, but I guess it is possible.

It is too bad the DOJ mishandled his incitement of an insurrection against the country by delaying it for over a year before a special prosecutor was appointed. That might have prevented him from running for office again.

To REPEAL a Constitutional Amendment requires 2/3 vote of both houses of Congress.
Of the House of Representatives is 274.
Of the US Senate is 64.

No way will the House and Senate have enough votes to repeal.

3/4 of the States is 37. REPEAL of the 14th Amendment is NOT going to happen.

tRump is full of shit and the US Supreme Court should be bound to uphold it.
