I'm sure the insurers would go along with it because, $$$.
The christofascists would get to have their cake and eat it too. The rich would still get their abortions, the SCrOTUS would say, "Hey it wasn't us!", and the Retrumplicans would get to whistle past the graveyard.
Let that sink in.

It's all about the bottom line with some and the cruelty to most.
Thinking about the cost of childbearing and rearing has never been a priority. It's a cost built into every abortion ban out there and not a single Dollar has been added. In fact, right now they're looking at cutting SSDI and children's programs down at the illegal DOGE central.
