I am so sick of hearing "he/she might get primaried"...

..as an excuse to for not taking a stand against Trump.

This is not breaking news to DU'ers but it is a f'n crime against Democracy, the Constitution and Humanity for a United States Senator to confirm a wacko like Kash Patel for any position in the Executive Branch of the government; or Hegseth or Gabbard or Kennedy or any of the obvious election denying, fascist leaning, ever-Trumping sickophants. Everybody knows what Trump's plans are and full well know what Patel will do as FBI director...

They (senators) all took an oath to serve, protect and defend the Constitution. There's nothing in their job descriptions prioritizing keeping their Senate seat or seeking/keeping a GOP majority in the Senate Chamber. The decisions they make are supposed to be for the greater good of the country; not for the f'n personal benefit of a narcissistic fool President.

If they had acted without fear or favor the first time around with Trump, they'd have voted to convict the bastard on the second impeachment (for sure) and we'd be done with the psycho, sociopathic fool.

Gawd, how I detest politics and politicians...

It is sad that republicans are so afraid of a liar, grifter, convicted felon, rapist etc etc.
