Another close call near Washington National airport

Breaking: A Delta jet just came close to colliding with a US military jet over Washington, DC, causing alarms to go off.

The Airbus A319 typically seats between 124 and 156 passengers

There is absolutely no reason in the world a T-38 trainer should be flying low level near DCA under any circumstance, and to be doing 350 knots is a dangerous and reckless operation.

Heads should roll.

That 67 fatality collision was terrible...

But that makes 108 fatalities as of now... 3 months into the year.

That means other than the National Airport collision... around 14 fatalities per month.

If the year continues to play out like this... I'd expect around 108+ 130-ish for a total of approx 240 fatalities in 2025...

But this is just DATA... maybe emotions are more accurate.
