Oh Senator Kennedy!

This morning, he said some stupid comment about Trump’s tariffs and now he praised Trump for his decision to delay the tariffs! He bounces around jump like market jumping up and down!

But after so many years of his stupidity, I think he is really just stupid. You can be a scholar and be book smart but absolutely lack any street smarts and not have the slightest common sense or the ability to read a room.
