is to compare these protests involving ICE-American Gestapo/CBP to those protests in the past that have just involved police. We haven't, to my knowledge, seen the police get together in groups of 4 and more to restrain an individual, have that individual on the ground and then feel the need to have to shoot the person multiple times at close range. The regular cops have certainly beat up people they've had restrained at protests but not nearly instantaneous slaughter of the person.

The cops have certainly gone off and needlessly killed people in other circumstances but I'm strictly talking about interactions at protests where the cops have someone restrained on the ground. This was cold blooded murder.
