so they use it.
8 U.S.C. § 1325: Addresses improper entry by aliens, including entering at unauthorized times or places, and misrepresentation. Penalties include fines and imprisonment.
8 U.S.C. § 1324: Involves bringing in and harboring certain aliens, imposing penalties on those who assist in illegal entry.

was not changed. There were just memos' asking certain agencies to avoid using the term.
