Not ANY kind of police, whether local, state, federal, or what have you. These so-called "agents" are not trained in any manner whatsoever.

There is a lengthy claims process that doubtfully will pay for it. But if it's -10 and both of your side windows have been smashed and the seatbelts cut away. Dealing with insurance and deductibles would be miserable.

Has a clause about law enforcement, so I don't know either. How does one prove innocence when ICE refuses to acknowledge anything? For insurance you would need paperwork that I imagine ICE does jot have or would release.
