PA-10: Democratic candidates in Pennsylvania's 10th Congressional District speak with FOX43 ahead of primary

HARRISBURG, Pa. — The Democratic primary in Pennsylvania’s 10th Congressional District is entering its final stretch, as former television news anchor Janelle Stelson and Justin Douglas make their closing arguments to Democratic voters in interviews with FOX43 ahead of the May 19 election.

The winner will advance to face incumbent Republican Congressman Scott Perry in November in one of the most closely watched congressional races in the country.

Stelson, a former local news anchor for more than 25 years, nearly unseated Perry in 2024, losing by roughly one percentage point in a district President Donald Trump carried by about five points.

Her campaign has focused heavily on affordability, corruption in Washington and what she says is Perry’s disconnect from the district after seven terms in office.
