8 years, a disastrous war, a drowned city and the collapse of the economy.
Trump has done it in a year and a half and has not near done the damage yet that he will eventually do. His floor is very, very low.

That doesn't make you popular. What you lost is more than the money you saved on his tax cuts.

They had insanely low approval ratings in the high 20's by the end of their terms.
G HW Bush at the end of his term during a severe recession and GW Bush after a disastrous Presidency and during the biggest economic crash since the Depression.
Trump has not tanked the economy yet and is not halfway through his tenure, and he is closing in on their low ratings.
