5. Yep. THe only way he would have ever collected even a penny from that case was because the DOJ is so corrupt they

were going to "settle" with him. A legitimate DOJ would have looked forward to taking the case to court as there was no case there. In normal times, Trump would have been held liable to pay the DOJ for their legal epenses because the case was totally frivolous.
