he may have to pay taxes on his slush fune personally

listening to a lawyer of teh radio todao. he stated that since the orange pedo has implicit control of the slush fund it could in theory be considered ordinary income to himself and subject to income taxes.
as to his so called immunity from irs audits the lawyer said its not worth the paper its written on since he has control of the IRS and cant take both sides in a lawsuit/steelement

in his view he cant grant immunity to himself. its bascially like a civil pardon which he cant do.

Shred Blanche’s settlement, invite Trump to refile his lawsuit, and in the meantime, have the IRS seize assets valued at both the $600 million already owed, plus the $1.8 billion in the slush fund, if it actually gets funded, which is currently in doubt.
