Really? That why Texas’ Agriculture Department has clearly called for a state of emergency in southern Texas?
I don’t know her name, but who cares? I don’t! She is nothing but a liar and is highly unqualified for job!
Also I know she couldn’t answer questions in a hearing with Congress!
