Is the friggin tarp down?

Not that it matters, but is the tarp taken down yet? I can't find any updates. If no, why? What in the hell is the hold up? I'd put money on it that the pathological liar and extreme narcissist is behind it.

because today is Piggy's birthday and there are a lot of Special People in DC today. He wouldn't want the shame of the disappearance of his name to be exhibited on his big day.
