I remember our first WC goal against Croatia in 1998. They scored first and we scored just before half time. It was absolute madness here.
Croatia won 3-1.
That match was actually on June 14 1998 - 28 years ago to the day. We got a holiday😀

the hair-splitting definition leads to uneven enforcement. They should go back to using the position of the feet rather than head/ hands/ aura of the attacked being past the second last defender.

My expectation of the final score was only off by one goal; if Curacao's one header was a foot lower, I would have been off by two.

the camera angle isn't perfect and it is close but it does appear the German player's foot is just ahead of the defender's. The flag should have gone up.
