It should be stopped in its track right now. There is no need to go further, no matter who is paying for it. The Congress should stop it immediately.

Blueprints should be drawn up and the East Wing should be built back bigger and better than before. That is the solution. It should never have been bull-dozed down by the psycho criminal in the White House in the first place.

They're pouring concrete columns, they can use these to support concrete decks and just work below grade on any essentail infrastructure, but further development needs to be halted.
