How to stay cool in this dangerous heat.
I found this video on youtube and have tried it myself. This is another way to cool down your body and the US Army is using it now. It involves putting your elbows and hands in cold or cold than the current temperature water. The blood in your extremities cools down and circulates the cool through the whole body. Give it a try . It could help you.
