Now I don't really tweet, but I am starting to learn about it. Anyway, my allies and I are running a little project, and we've recently come to the defense of Deedra Abboud, a woman who wants to run against Jeff Flake for the Senate seat in Arizona. Her positions are the epitome of what it means to be a progressive but unfortunately, she has also run into a great deal of hate and opposition because she is a Muslim. It is tragic to see her be opposed and be told "no no no" not because of the political positions she has but because of the way she prays.

What the "OK" Hand Signal Means for the Militia Movement

The gesture in question is the “OK” hand signal — three extended fingers with the thumb and index finger touching to form a circle — that is often seen among the Alt-Right’s followers.

For the antigovernment Three Percenter movement this same hand gesture symbolizes their belief in the disputed claim that only three percent of American colonists fought against the British in the American Revolution. The three extended fingers represent this three percent.

It is this Threeper version of the “OK” hand symbol — which predates the 4chan troll campaign — that the III% Security Force was most likely flashing last weekend.

This clarification is not to excuse the group of its ethnic animus. The Georgia state chapter is listed by the SPLC as an anti-Muslim hate group, though it also espouses antigovernment rhetoric.

When we ask why Trump would continue to focus on just his base, think of this alt-right mythology of "3%" of American colonists overthrowing the most powerful country in the world!

From the perspective of a wretched narcissistic would-be dictator, starts to make sense if we keep an eye on who he is talking to.
