VOTER PURGING HAPPENING NOW!

I Received a letter from the Miami-Dade Elections Department. Informing me that I need to sign and reaffirm my address or provide my new address in the convenient postage free return envelope. The clerk said these were sent out to all voters in the county. We have probably at least a million voters in miami. These are supposed to be austere times. 62-64 % vote D. I voted absentee ballot so my information should already be on file. Additionally I re-registered at my home on June 8, 2012.

I am cynical when it comes to scumbag tactics utilized in Florida. Our gov. has tried time and time again to disenfranchise eligible voters. I think this might be another attempt to purge the rolls. The letter is dated December 7. One month and one day after the election. What better time to rid the roles of excess voters than when we are basking in the glow of post-election victory. Our guard is down.

Anyway, I am no activist. I just figured you who are more vocal advocates could maybe have a gander or raise awareness about this.

1. Sounds like the 'baggers are screaming their last moans

Sounds like a desperate tactic of a pitiful, disgusting organization in its last throes of its disgusting life. Come 2014, we are going to get medieval on their hillbilly asses in the midterms. Once we have our progressive measures in place around the country, there will be no more blubbering by the soon-to-be-living-the-rest-of-their-short-ass-life-in-agonizing-pain rethugs.

2. In the Sunshine State that dont work

Our fine GOVenor Rick Scott and both state senate and House are controlled(strongly) by the R's. So 2014 will come and go and I am asking for what I can do now for anyone who is familiar with stopping this kind of action.

3. Maybe, it's to clean up the mess

they created during the election with all the fake registrations and bad purges. Now they are likely so messed up, they can't tell who is legit and who isn't.


But I would be suspicious of anything repubs do.

Three different rooms, two different colored, machine generated slips; many, many people in line. And I live in one of the SMALLEST counties in the State.
