I lost my son-in-law 8 years ago; he was 32.

A passenger in van on his last day of salmon fishing in SW Michigan. His last words were "DEER!" to the driver, but it was too late.

The deer sprang from ditch, went through the windshield and hit him, breaking his neck, and killing him instantly.
