Vodka, créme de cacao, and heavy cream. Don’t have any heavy cream, so I substituted Irish Cream instead. Yummy!

There was a novelty beverage my sister and I discovered at a fancy restaurant in SoCal long time ago, it was so good we got the recipe from the bar tender. You've already got half of it in the glass, all that's missing is a dash of creme de noya (sp? watermelon liqueur) and a blast of soda. Best to add some cream or 12/ & 1/2. Oh, and some creme de cacao. It was called a Gentle Persuasion, really need to think twice about a second one if you aren't drinking at home.

Sparkling waters, tea, hot chocolate.
Lemon juice, lime juice.
Champagne. Wine. Beer.

(69,710 posts)11/2 oz of brandy, 1/2 oz of lemon juice, and 1/2 oz triple sec. If you don’t have triple sec, simple syrup will do. Shake vigorously with ice and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
