Question about creating a wine cooler.
I enjoy dry white wine (Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc) but the alcohol content is between 12% and 14% - one glass sends me off to La-La Land.
There are 8% alcohol content versions I've tried and they're good, but they cost the same as the 'high octane' versions. So I figured why pay the same price for almost 1/2 the alcohol content - why can't I just buy the strong stuff and mix it with something?
So I'm wondering if anyone here knows of a good mixer to dilute Chardonnay and/or Sauvignon Blanc with, that will cut down the alcohol content without making the wine taste icky?
