Great Lakes region lake effect snow forecast starting at 7 am on Black Friday.

It's been a warm autumn, so I expected this. It will be heavy, wet snow with too much falling for it to melt quickly as it hits the ground.

People returning home over the holiday weekend could be affected i.e. drivers on slippery, slushy roads with poor visibility. Maybe some flight delays or cancellations if it gets too bad.

Erie, PA

Accuweather Great Lakes region forecast. Looks like it could get pretty bad in some places, especially northern Ohio. And of course, my area which is western NY.

My cat, Ember, goes berserk chasing snowflakes that hit the window.
