When MrsK and LilB were here, I cooked a killer tuna casserole, and MW, added the tang, and blue cheese crumbles on top.
Lord how LilBit would gulp that down!

Although if we made Mama Stamburg’s cranberry sauce (it’s an NPR tradition), I’ll put that on instead of mayo. It has onions, sour cream, horseradish, and raw cranberries ground up in a food processor.

We sent some home with our guest, gave dinner to our building's workers and gave the rest to two homeless people in the park across the street. I hate having leftover turkey for days after Thanksgiving!
