I treated myself with something I really need

I use a bi-pap (c-pap) at night. It’s bad enough when I was getting tested for sleep apnea the technicians came rushing in because I would stop breathing for extended times. During the power outages here in Texas I’ve had to go to extremes to make sure I have electricity for the machine. I stayed at a casino hotel for 5 days last outage. I just ordered a backup power supply and solar panels

Edit: buying it before tfg gets the chance to enact stupid tariffs.

And how do you connect to the power source?
Glad you found a workable solution.

I had thought about the Jackery or EcoFlow brands. They’re both top rated. But both of those were at least double the price of the Anker brand. I’m not going to run a refrigerator just my CPAP. The base unit can charge off the wall receptacle or the solar panel. It has both usb and standard receptacles. I do have a generator but only set it up if a day or more. Plus a lot of the time getting gas can be a challenge. Overnight this will work great. Charging during the day. Or I can do a faster charge if someone I know still has power.

I just need one for the ever-more frequent brownouts we're having. I also thought Jackery was too pricey for my budget. I'll check out Anker.
