Lion Cubs Learn To Swim

"This mother lioness was spotted cooling off in the water at Duba Plains Camp in Botswana. Her cubs then started swimming with her, but as they are still small, they could not stand comfortably in the water, so swimming was hard, and they had to get out. The cubs were unhappy to be separated from their mom, so they were spotted going in and out of the water a few times."

1. It looks like the little ones are afraid Mommy is going to turn into a catfish and swim off for parts unknown.

They want to keep close by her in the water so they are not left stranded.

Mommy,.. come back on land. You are our mobile milk bottle,... please don't disappear.
