What kind of idiot tries to video a rescue like that? Put the damn phone down.

Or, in other words: why tf did she "just happen" to have rubber boots on the nice sunny day that she needs to rescue puppies in a culvert?

The only thing WORSE than people that dump animals are the people that film fake rescues

they are vile

So, either she's a dingbat for trying to film herself rescuing the pups, or she set the scene and it's a fake rescue.
