Make sure you weigh yourself every day. Weight gain could mean fluid is building up around your heart which can cause heart failure. Mr. WT had 3 procedures to drain the fluid and finally had a pleurodesis to seal off his lungs to control that serious issue of fluid around the heart. Watch this carefully. 2 pound gain means a liter of fluid and that makes it difficult to breathe. Call your doctor and report the breathing problem.

You're getting close to being in great shape, but there are pitfalls that you must watch out for.

I was on the phone with my Dr. this morning for that very reason and he asked if I had any swelling. That answer was and is no. I will bring my log in on Wednesday when i go see him.
On a side note, my BP has been 120ish over 60ish every day. I'm really pleased with that because priorto surgery it was 160ish over 80's.
If I can't be comfortable tonight, I'll call again tomorrow.
