Back in 2000,
Cell phones were everywhere in Finland.
AND I MEAN EVERYWHERE!!
I remember being shocked how even most children had own cell phones back then
in Helsinki.
NOKIA was a Finland company
Back then, cell phones in the USA was no where as common
as in Finland
