Blizzard conditions possible. Total snow accumulations two to five inches possible. Winds could frequently gust 50 to 60 mph.

Portions of southwest and west central Iowa and east central, northeast, and southeast Nebraska.
When
From late Tuesday night through Wednesday evening.
Impacts
Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow, with whiteout conditions possible at times. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages.
