In Sweden, if you can’t see the fjord, it’s raining. If you can see the fjord, it’s getting ready to rain.

9. Sweden has only one fjord, Gullmarsfjorden in the Bohuslan archipelago.

So you'd have to go there to check for rain, or else head west to Norway where all the fjords are.

Essentially, if you need to use the wipers for precipitation, turn on your headlights
