Was it meant to be a limited series? It was totally not PC but what is anymore? I thought it was funny. I only know about it beacuse years ago I was visiting my sister and she had it on demand so we got fired up and binge watched it, the whole four seasons (?) over a week. We laughed a lot.

and despite the fact that it got very high ratings, it was abruptly cancelled by NBC after only 4 seasons.

I don't follow teevee much. My sis is "in the business" so watching something is part of our activities when we meet up.

Too bad, though. It was pretty funny with good acting in its unique style.
