As a friend, you might want to delete this thread and instead submit your appeal to Earl G directly via DUmail.

Others have been posting similarly and their threads locked under the "interference with moderation" alert issue.

So, while I get your dismay, maybe take my advise above.

Cannot edit, recommend, or reply in locked discussions
