I had bought some from him a while back…..told a different neighbor that I thought it was not the best weed I’d had and it actually was shit, so…….today, meet the neighbor that has been my lifeline to weed for at least 25 years, as for as long as my husband, GAWD REST HIS SOUL, and why do we say that??? Gawd rest his soul. Well started buying weed from this neighbor, when we first moved here in April 2000, ya know just four months AFTER ALL LIFE ON EARTH ENDED AS WE KNEW IT. Y 2 K. Remember it??? Anyway…..this weed I was given by my neighbor because he had heard the last batch I bought was horrible…..is pretty damn good. HAPPY FRIDAY. I LOVE IT HERE, AND I LOVE YOU ALL. 🥰 🥰 🥰 🥰 🥰

6. My first bag of weed

When I went to college, I sublet an apartment in NYC. When I moved in, I found a quarter pound of grass in the back of a closet! it was so much weed that I didn't now what it was at first since I had never smoked.

Haven't quit since. The legal weed now available in NY is far better than most of the street grass we used to get. But it often makes me cough because it's so strong.

7. A million years ago, I worked at a pet store on 14th St. (I think)

There were a couple of guys who would come in and buy catnip... which they would turn around and sell as weed.

I was young and naive. My boss clued me in.

8. Another NYC weed story

One evening after work, I was going to meet a friend to see a movie. I was walking south on Third Avenue in midtown when a street hustler offered to sell loose joints. I bought 3 @ $1.00 apiece. When my friend and I went to light up, the joints were full of sand! Thankfully only $3.00!
