An outake from his third record. You mileage may vary, but to record this and say “I don’t think this goes on the album” blows my mind. He was so plugged in to his process and shear productivity that he had to confidence to discard this for over 2 decades. I’m a huge fan of the guy and this has a permanent place in my top five.
