Wrong, but clever.
It was actually completed on the 2nd, but the signatories present got together on the 4th.
It took over another 2 months for reps of all the colonies to get to sign it.
So TJ wouldn't have freaked out on the 3rd. He did his homework ahead of time!
Still funny, though!
