I am very impressed with Ebay customer service. I had a similar situation to what yr going through, they got the wacko to stop harassing me.

3. She may be scamming you, but she may not have received the item.

A number of years ago I ordered a pair of replacement prescription glasses online, so not cheap. I got the notification from the company that they had been delivered. I didn't receive them. I gave them a couple of weeks to see if it got straightened out. (Big mistake, the onus was on me to check with the US mail instead of the company. So I started bugging the USPS. Got the run around saying records showing it was delivered to my mailbox. Still no help. I had to up it to a human at the post office who traces these things (and she isn't there full time). It took weeks and it turned out that it was delivered in my neighborhood in another one of the boxes in a kiosk, but not mine. Unfortunately they would not give me the name or the actual address who received it and they would not go to try to retrieve it themselves. (Why, I don't know, but it's not their policy.) So eventually I had to report this whole thing to the optical company and they did give me a replacement pair but by that time the frames I wanted were out of stock and I ended up hating the replacement one.

So anyway, it's possible she could be telling the truth, but on the other hand seeing her record, not probable.

Prior to my dealing with this, I never knew that they used GPS for mail tracking and could pinpoint the actual location. Getting them to give me the location was problematic. I asked multiple times and they wouldn't tell me. They just confirmed that it was delivered to the wrong kiosk and wrong box.

7. they don't give out the address. For my case the USPS cut a check for the insured amount.

learned a lot of valuable info though because of it and has eased any of my USPS issues ever since.

10. I thought it was only the person sending the shipment that could file the insurance claim with USPS

12. They're all out now. I mean the crooks. They ask questions.

"Does it have tracking?" Why would anyone ask this? Because they're looking for something they can claim they never received.

"Does it have an odor?" Why ask this? Because no matter what you send them they will claim it stinks the roof off and they deserve it free!

I block almost every buyer who asks a question. They reveal themselves to be nothing but problems.

Interest rates on credit card debt has risen, in some cases credit limits too. People are pinched, so they haggle, cancel, lie, cheat, steal.
