The testimony shows she was violent, but the trial is not about that. He will have to prove he suffered financial loss because of the articles she wrote. Unless I've missed it, there has been no proof - paperwork from Disney, etc.

so all I'm gonna say is that I think they're both narcissists and that I think she's a blatant sociopath, maybe even a psychopath, and he's not too terribly tightly tied, as my late ex used to say. I do think he may have suffered financial loss, because his movie projects have been nil since she painted him as an abuser.

I don't know the specifics of their fights but Depp has never had any reports of violence in his past relationships and Heard has. They were throwing drugs and alcohol in an already hot situation and I believe she was probably the aggressor. Unfortunately, Depp was not wise enough to just walk out and his inhibitions were let down by being inebriated. She is a tiny woman and he should have just walked out.
