Was looking for the scene where the cops are sucked into the earth, but here's the trailer. This movie scared the hell out of me as a kid.

I shared a bedroom with my 2 sisters. and after I watched that movie I was afraid to sleep in my bed so I jumped over to my sisters bed (I didn't want to step on the floor).
and the hole in the back of the neck.
great movie!
I think I saw it at the drive-in with my parents. I have loved re-watching it over and over. 
Meh, to the re-make.
