(17,149 posts)Yes, every time I see photos of people on the street or traveling by train or plane in years gone by, I think of what we have lost. I have seen things at the grocery store, on the street, and at public events (Shakespeare birthday celebrations at the Folger Library) that by rights should have blinded me (sample: the men whose jeans FALL OFF as they go about their day). We all need a tutorial in how to dress.
I would love to give off an air of elegance and effortless ease...but I know it takes effort!
